Oh, I hate it when the leaves fall all at once. I have a few trees that have done that and I don’t know for some reason I just like it when it happens slowly. But, on the upside, one big rake job and you are finished with that tree 🙂

Pearl and Lucy – It certainly does make a quick clean up since they all fall at once.
My fig tree does that as well – almost wish I could see it – reminds me of the whomping willow in the Harry Potter movies when it shook its leaves off all at once.
Gingko trees are so pretty. We’ve had a couple of windy days recently that have blown away a lot of leaves, too. The big maple tree, though, is still in the process of turning colors.

Sherry – I wish we could see that magic moment too.
Rose – Around here it is mostly the beeches that are hanging on to their leaves.
huh, our ginko’s still got its leaves. the last to bud, the last to lose its green.
