Winter is for time with 16 year old grandson Rory. And sledding. And bowling. And movies. And philosophical, economic and history conversations. Whew!

Oh, my kids would love that snow! We live in the SE and if we get flurries, we’re lucky. I have fond memories of spending all day out sledding 🙂
How fun! It rarely snows here, but one year we had several inches, and went sledding down a hill – into the highway! Fortunately, no one could use the highway (this area really isn’t prepared for snow!), so we had a blast. It’s great that you get to spend time with your grandson.
When my kids were small I would take them sledding at the nearby park. Wasn’t much of a hill given that we are in the flatlands, but a good time was had by all.
Carrie – The snow is great. The wind is harder to take.
Holleygarden – Grandson time is a gift.
Jason – We’ve got hills, but prickers too. Careful sledding is required.
Great photos! Thank you for stopping at my blog and I hope you had a great Wednesday! Cheers!
