There has been some snow this year, but it does not last long. It has been striking that all the snow melted and now we have to wear our big boots.
The rains had begun and then it rained until it took the water from behind the house and down the river.
You cannot see beautiful primroses right now, but this water is a reminder that primroses grow up through the waters, first showing off their green leaves and then showing off the Primroses. In the past, I watched the blossoms bloom – and then bloom more richly – when the rain goes again and again.
Now I Wish You All Joy And A Happy New Year!
Happy New Year, Pat! We haven’t had much snow yet, either, and it melts fast with warmth. We are, however, headed for a cold stretch for the next couple of weeks, so I hope we’ll get more snow for plant insulation.

Beth – So good to hear from you. You and I are on our same desires – more snow for that plant insulation.
With affection, Pat
