Yesterday, on our way home from a Heath party, we stopped at the Bridge of Flowers to see what is blooming. It is such a gift – the Bridge is not only blooming, we are now allowed to walk across the Bridge and see the ever changing flowers.
White lilies – Lilium – Some people get confused, but these are are not Daylilies – Hemerocallis.Garden phlox and Echinacea, otherwise known as cone flowerCrocosmia is one of the more brilliant flowers on the Bridge of Flowers.This golden flower is a mystery to me, but I’m happy to see a bee sipping happily – and gathering pollen.
