All of a sudden it is  time to dig into the soil.  I have lovely little Crocuses coming up in the front lawn.   Beyond the Crocuses I have beautiful and colorful Hellebores in full color. And it is almost Spring. In addition I am getting ready to attend the Gardening in Changing Times on April 13, 2024  at the Frontier Regional High School in South Deerfield, MA.

I have been planning to attend this great event and I’m spending a lot of time going through the classes that are being offered.  At this point I have not quite chosen the two programs out of the eight programs. I have time to choose and send in my order.  I’m sending out this program for other gardeners and I know you will find two programs of interest. I think you will be ready to go. You will hear more from me.

The Western Massachusetts Master Gardener Association is holding three Master Gardener symposia this year: “Let’s Get Growing” at the Westfield South Middle School on on March 23rd (8 AM till Noon), “Spring into Gardening” at the Lenox High School on April 6th (9 AM till Noon), and for our region this spring:

“Gardening for Changing Times” at Frontier High School in South Deerfield on Saturday, April 13th from 8:45 AM until Noon. Doors open at 8 AM and there will be soil testing available and a gardening book-swap table.
