Yesterday the Greenfield Garden Club held their 28th Annual Plant Sale! I brought some items to the John Zon Community Center – and it took a while to make some decisions.

There were lots of people too! In our town we love having beautiful gardens, small or large, but there are always beautiful plants that will be small, or grown tall – and some will get a little too big! No matter, we will get what we want.

This group includes a table to use for starting new small vegetables. I have used that idea often and it gives me a chance to try some different vegetables.

It did not take very long for some shoppers to choose their flowers and vegetables. Every one is happy to get boxes to get flowers home.

I had wandered through all the sections with my husband and it was not easy to make choices. But I will tell you that I have already put down my little plants at home. Columbine is a beautiful plant and I know it will continue.
Now I don’t expect to put anything else in place, but I am watching these flowers and their beauties.
I love the white Columbine you got at this event, Pat! Hope to see you and Henry soon!
Susan
It always fun (but challenging) to make plant purchase decisions. Sounds like a fun event, and your Columbine is pretty and looks happy in its spot.
Beth – You do recognize the challenging – and the fun. There will be more treats. Pat
Susan – I’m glad you like the white Columbine – and we will plan to see you soon. Pat
