We have had a long time of heavy snow, but now things are beginning to change.  Only a couple of days ago my husband made it possible to carry his compost walking on the ground.  Well, some of the ground.

This spot is wearing out faster, showing a good amount of leaves and soil.

This long wooden fence is showing off that we may soon have plants.

I love Hellebores that produce beautiful flowers VERY early in the spring. Watch and you’ll see next month.

This empty spot really surprised me. I don’t know how or why this area is so open. But of course I am delighted.

There are actually a number of other corners around the house that are naked like this, however there are other corners that are still loaded up.  BUT, it is only two weeks until Spring!
