Cooler Weather, But Still Beautiful Flowers

Pinkie Hydrangea

My Hydrangea is turning pink-ier – and I am delighted that I still have three other hydrangeas blooming.

Black-eyed Susan

These beautiful sunny flowers are visiting because our neighbor has these flowers on her side of our wooden wall – and the flowers are showing off on my side.

Pink Roses

These pink roses are small, but they are lovely. I am glad to have them.

Red Dahlia

Dahlias are beautiful and a friend gave me a number of them. They were kept in a box during the winter and then we planted them when it was warm. Some of the Dahlias did bloom and I am hoping that I will have a few more Dahlias next year.

Winterberry

Our winterberry is quite a large plant, and it shows off in the pretty color. The red berry feeds lots of  the birds in our garden, and the birds are very happy.

Turtlehead Bee

These bees love dancing around where they can find sweets.  If you look closely you can see that the bumble bee has some pollen on its legs – and he will love the pollen and the sweets!

Many beautiful plants have fallen asleep, but there are other plants who are still  bringing flowers into delight.
