Carol - Phil and CISA are really doing such good work. One of the joys of writing a column is that I get to meet people like Phil who are working so effectively for our well-being.

Great picture of Phil Pat! What a great asset he is to our community! I fondly and with great gratitude and respect recall working with him over at NPP. Now CISA is lucky to have him... and so are we! I am still enjoying Red Fire Farms yummy greens... 'if more folks ate local we could not supply them all'... is what i am hearing... so we need more farmers or expanded operations to get ready for when more wish to eat year round from our local farmers. It is very exciting how we are reclaiming our food as a community. I think Phil is right about the slaughterhouse... and is not 'Our Family Farms' local milk? Great Post Pat!
